Reigate has fewer country-pub dining rooms than the Surrey Hills, but between the town centre and the hotels on its edges there is a room for almost any size of group, from a dinner for eight to a party of a hundred.
Every capacity below comes from the venue's own website or brochure, checked in October 2026. Where a venue doesn't publish a number, we say so. None of them publishes a minimum spend, so ask about that when you enquire.

Before you book
Ask about minimum spends, room hire and deposits, as none of these venues publishes them. Check whether the space is a separate room if privacy matters. For the hotels, ask whether there is a rate for guests who want to stay the night.
We also cover private dining rooms near Guildford and the Surrey Hills, and in Esher, Cobham and Elmbridge.
